Leave Stocky in about ten minutes.
Stocky stops working on August 31, 2026. Your suppliers and open purchase orders move to Stockporter with two CSV files — and nothing touches your Shopify inventory until you've reviewed every imported PO.

Free during the beta. Install from here with your .myshopify.com domain — the whole flow happens inside your Shopify admin.
Export from Stocky
In Stocky: Suppliers → Export CSV, then Purchase Orders → filter to open/partially received → Export CSV. Do this before August 31 — exports stop working when Stocky does.
Import suppliers, then POs
In Stockporter: Import from Stocky → drop each file in. Suppliers come over with contacts and lead times. PO lines are matched to your products by SKU; quantities you'd already received in Stocky are subtracted so only what's still on the way imports. Skipped rows are listed with the reason.
Review and mark ordered
Every imported PO arrives as a draft. Open each one, sanity-check it, hit "Mark as ordered" — status flips and your team sees the outstanding-per-line on the PO. When the box arrives, scan items in and Shopify's available stock and unit cost both update.
Set your reorder points
The Restock screen brings back "fill shelves": set a minimum and a restock-to level per product, and one click turns everything below minimum into draft POs grouped by supplier.
What carries over (and what gets better)
- Suppliers — names, emails, phones, lead times.
- Open POs — outstanding quantities, unit costs, expected dates, and your Stocky PO numbers where possible.
- Unit costs stay honest — receiving a PO updates the item's cost in Shopify, like Stocky did and native Shopify doesn't, so margins don't drift.
- Receipt history is forever — Shopify keeps 180 days of adjustment history; Stockporter keeps every receipt, who received it, and when.
Transfers, stocktakes, restock and labels are all in Stockporter — start fresh in those screens. Completed historical POs aren't migrated; export them from Stocky as CSV for your records before shutdown.
