Who we are
Stockporter is a purchase-order, receiving, and inventory app for Shopify merchants. Contact: info@stockporter.com.
What we store
- Shop data: your myshopify.com domain and the API access token Shopify issues when you install, stored so the app can act on your behalf.
- Inventory operations data you create: suppliers, purchase orders, receipts, transfers, stocktakes, and reorder points.
- Product references: SKUs, barcodes, titles, and variant IDs on the lines of those documents.
What we don't store
We do not access or store your customers' personal information. Stockporter works only with your products, inventory, locations, suppliers, and the purchase orders, transfers and stocktakes you create — it does not request access to your orders or customer records. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. Connections are encrypted in transit.
Deletion
When you uninstall, Shopify sends us the mandated data-erasure webhooks and we delete your shop's purchase orders, suppliers, related records, and access tokens. You can also request deletion at any time at info@stockporter.com.
GDPR & compliance webhooks
Stockporter implements Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks: customers/data_request and customers/redact (no customer data is held, so there is nothing to report or redact) and shop/redact (full shop data purge 48 hours after uninstall).
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist on stockporter.com we store the email address you submit, used only to contact you about Stockporter. Ask us to remove it at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll note it here with a new date.
