Your PO workflow survives August 31.

The manifest: what carries over.
Stocky shipped a dozen features. Merchants used three. Stockporter ships those three properly — and skips the bloat that pushes other replacements past $100/month.
Purchase orders
Create POs, email suppliers, and track partials and backorders with live outstanding totals — what's ordered, what's still due, per line.
Barcode receiving
Scan deliveries in with a USB or Bluetooth scanner — quantities and costs land in Shopify the moment the box is open.
Reorder points
Min and restock-to levels per product — the "fill shelves" workflow Stocky removed in July 2025 — with one-click draft PO generation.
ERP sprawl
No manufacturing modules, no accounting suite, no seats pricing. If you need Cin7, you know who you are.
Theme code injection
Stockporter lives in your admin and POS. It never touches your storefront theme, so it can never break it.
Same-day support
Built by a working full-stack engineer who answers his own tickets. Reviews keep app developers honest — ours go live with our App Store listing.
ALSO ABOARD: transfers between locations · stocktakes with variance approval · barcode label printing · operational reports — one plan, no modules.
Questions stranded merchants ask.
Is Stocky really shutting down?
Yes. Shopify delisted Stocky from the App Store on February 2, 2026, and the app stops working entirely on August 31, 2026 — including its APIs.
Can I still install Stocky?
No. New installs and reinstalls ended with the February 2 delisting. If you uninstall it today, it's gone.
What happens to my Stocky data?
Export it before the shutdown. Suppliers and open POs import straight into Stockporter from those CSV files.
Do I need Shopify POS?
No. Stockporter works in plain Shopify admin. If you do run POS, your received stock is in sync there like everywhere else.
Does it touch my storefront theme?
No. Stockporter lives in your admin only, so it can never break your storefront.
What if the beta isn't for me?
Uninstall. Nothing in your inventory changes without your review — imported POs arrive as drafts, and stocktake corrections need explicit approval.
Where stranded Stocky stores are landing.
The official advice is "use Shopify admin" — which has no replenishment workflow — or migrate to forecasting platforms built for a different problem at a different price.
